/video command (string in case of play command)

the possible commands are

play string starts a videofile whose file location is specified in string

stop stops the video

faster increases the framerate of the playback, each message adds to the framerate, are fixed number can't be specified which is a limitation of the actual playback software

slower decreases the framerate of the playback
